Israel F. Tappan, Manchester, Mass., "Banjo" wall clock, 8 day, time and alarm, weight driven movement with weight driven alarm striking on surmounted bell in mahogany case with gold leaf front and reverse painted throat and lower tablets and painted metal dial, c1820
CONDITION:
the case retains its original finish with darkened gold leaf and several case repairs to top portion. The original painted throat tablet has later touch up and the original lower tablet is cracked.
